Today is Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, and this is my journal entry 018 for MMOHZ (pronounced memos – like notes), my journal of day to day life, interesting things to share, and my projects. So hello! and thank you for checking in for another journal entry at MMOHZ.

For Today:
7:50 AM CST – I am extremely late with starting today’s journal entry. That is because I was very busy today, and got to sleep late. Yesterday I wrote about concerns for presenting my photography on this website along with some NSFW art I’ve created. I considered my choices, and I’ve decided to buy into another domain specifically for my photography and build a photo gallery there. That will give me a chance to give full focus to my photography work on a website that is strictly for that content. With that said, I now have to consider a new focus on MMOHZ. I’m still not certain that I want to continue posting my NSFW art. A part of me keeps telling myself to keep that particular content to myself. I’m considering to turn MMOHZ into another photo gallery for my livecam screenshots that I love to capture when I’m watching Earthcam. We’ll see how it goes.
From Yesterday:
12:55 AM CST – Good morning viewers! Hope all is well with everyone. I have something on my mind this morning. I think I’ve already mentioned it once in my blog, but it’s starting to get a little serious as I’m considering to boost this blog with more content. I’ll just let the following tweetstorm I just wrote say it, since I already wrote it on Twitter.
Tonight I’m really struggling with an issue. It’s an issue with my own content. I recently started this new blog. It was a blog intended to basically be a “bullshit” blog where I would just post whatever.
But in less than a month, I am seeing an opportunity to actually merge this blog into my MUDPIX OUTDOORS photography project, and turn it into a journal of that specific project.
The problem is my art. I am a pervert. I can’t lie, and I ain’t ashamed lol. I love creating NSFW art, and I have started posting some of this art on my website already. Now I’m having 2nd thoughts about it.
My 2nd thoughts are centered on the possibility that this blog could turn out to be something of interest to fellow nature lovers like myself… until they come across my art gallery on the website where I’ve posted an art image depicting oral sex in an alley…
Oh, you weren’t expecting to see that? Oh nooooooo please, don’t leave…. come back, come back. See my dilemma?
There is another part to this story though. I have an official website for my MUDPIX OUTDOORS content. I also have another website for my personal official website. I can always post my photography on those websites without the NSFW content, and I plan on doing that anyway.
But with all the changes coming to Twitter, and the possibility to get my new MMOHZ brand verified under Twitter Blue, I’m worried about doing that, building my brand on the theme of my outdoor photography, and then having some people turn away because they don’t like NSFW art.
On the other hand, I keep telling myself that if someone doesn’t appreciate my art as much as my photography, they don’t have to look at my art, and although I don’t consider myself to be a great artist, what I do as an artist should be respected even if it is NSFW.
Maybe I could just put a notice up on the website saying that there is NSFW content on this website, and then give links to my other websites for people who don’t want to see NSFW art. What would you do? Should I just be myself and not be scared to post my art, or not post it?
